Pros: No adware or malware. Easy to install and use. There's a built in ip filter.
Cons: Long queue times. It could take hours or days for a download to start, or it may never start at all. Slow download speeds for the few files that work. I only installed this because I heard you can get rare files with this, but actually, only files with hundreds of sources will download.

Pros: It seems like a fully featured IRC client
Cons: Confusing interface. Steep learning curve for the IRC novice. I recommend Trillian instead.

Pros: Comodo has some features that other firewalls (such as ZoneAlarm Pro) make you pay for. It has something called Defense+ which monitors your system for unwanted changes and it has advanced intruder protection. There are also different levels of protection you can choose from such as training mode, installation, clean pc, and paranoid. It also comes with a basic on-demand malware scanner.
Cons: I found the software to be somewhat intrusive. It slowed down my computer whenever I wanted to make any changes to the system settings or registry. It also produces a lot of pop-ups and it doesn't learn as quickly as ZoneAlarm Pro. Most of all, the version on Download.com is way outdated. Go to Comodo's website to get the latest version. I downloaded this version. The uninstallation was a nightmare. That problem is supposedly fixed in the latest version. Ultimately, I switched back to ZoneAlarm.

Cons: I tried to use this to bypass a router at school, and I followed the instructions on the developer's website, but it didn't work. The requests for connections shows up in the connections window, but their servers reject most of them. It didn't work at all in Firefox and my download speed in filesharing was actually better without it. I wouldn't recommend this software.

Pros: It's very easy to use and works great. No need to create an account. It generates a new number code every time you start the app, so there's no need to worry about security issues.
Cons: None, so far.
