I have had a year of fun playing Battle for Wesnoth. I hope they add more quests.

Pros: The views of the Editor above pretty well covers it. It's the game wish that I had written 20 years ago. It reminds me of the old Avalon Hill games, but with AI so I don't need to find an opponent :-), and the original D&D, except again I miss the social interaction of "Dungeons and Arguments". I particularly like the auto-save feature Battle for Wesnoth, since I regularly over extend myself and get lose. I regularly restart from where I think I went wrong.

nice simple shooting game, better graphics

Pros: simple, like the games from the 1980's that I used to play, easy to learn and play, games go fast

Limewire is very handy.

Pros: I confess that I haven't installed this one yet, but the previous versions were a source of great entertainment for me.
