I'd give up my Mac...

Pros: I used Oversight System Sentinel (OSS) several years ago and I was very pleased with the results. I was on CNET (goofing off at work) and I thought I'd see what Oversight is up to. Much to my surprise, I believe System Sentinel is the same price it was when I used it! Oversight must base their pricing structure on the laws of karma...

I did notice a recent negative review for this product and I felt the need to respond. The reviews for OSS seem to fall mainly into two categories: those who use the product and love it (4-5 stars) and those who give it 1or 2 stars and advertise other spyware programs in their negative review. Business is business, I guess. But don't be fooled.

I also took a look at Oversight's web site. Their site is clean and easy to navigate, and the blue color scheme is very appealing. Prices for their other products (a program for backing up your computer, for example) are just as reasonable as the $18.95 for OSS.

Here is really the best thing I can say about this company and their products: I'd give up my Mac to use Oversight's products. And if you knew how I felt about Dell, you'd know that says something!

Oh, and for the people who complained that the removal is disabled for the free trial? I remember learning something about people not buying the cow if they can get the milk for free... Use the free trial, see how well OSS works and then pony up the $18.95 (no additional fees ever!) and enjoy having a secure computer
