Company seems to be completely unreachable - AVOID!

Pros: Worked well when I had it working.

Cons: I got a new PC at work and need to move my license (they have a PC Fingerprint system in place). Their system repeatedly has failed to issue me a new license for software that I've paid for. Their tech support is only on a discussion board--which has been down for over a month. There's no email address on the site. There's no phone number on the site. When I tried to submit a request via the forms available on their site, it also failed. At this point, they have effectively stolen my money.
