Pros: Gets rid of the ads on AOL IM. Some of their ads have audio, and launch a pop up when you mouse over them. This kills them dead!
Cons: None. You do have to specify the folder which contains AOL, but that's easy to figure out. I hope this program is updated for Triton!

Pros: My system is only about 2 weeks old, but I've added a few programs, and gotten rid of others. I noticed a significant system slow-down after one particular program (Yahoo! Messenger). I came to Download.com looking for something like this -- and WOW! Installation was easy, and the interface is simple to understand for a novice. More importantly, it displays the information in a dummy-friendly way that made me feel very comfortable letting it do it's job. I had no idea what a difference it would make! My computer is running faster than it did when I took it out of the box! It also offers the opportuntity to NOT do some of the tweaking -- which is nice if you're not sure what the effects could be. Thanks to the developers for making a product for non-tech types!
Cons: Nothing bad to report. This could easly be a product you pay for.

Pros: This is a simple way to get a "mini-explorer" style structure when you just need a quick glimpse into a folder to find a file. It feels native to the OS, and aught to be included as a part of WinXPVISTA - whatever, in the future.
Cons: No cons -- it's too simple for a con. Anything more complicated would be a con.

Pros: Very easy to run, and it found more than a hundred useless entries in my registry! Fixing them was a 1-click process. Very slick and comfortable process for a novice. These developers understand what casual users need!
Cons: So far, no problems. If I have to nit-pick, it would be to add some type of way for the program to search out information on the "unsure" items.
