For Freeware, it works really well.

Pros: It does what it is supposed to. And therefore helps keep my system running faster, with relatively no crashes, and no conflicts. It's SIMPLE to use.

Cons: A few more customizable settings would be nice, but it is not fair to expect a piece of freeware to have all the options of a paid program.

Good AI, graphics a little hard ot make out

Pros: If you looking for a match against Deep Blue, the IBM supercomputer, this ain't it. But it is a challenging and engaging AI. Moves progress quickly and fluidly. You can choose between color or Black & White displays.

Cons: It would have been nice for the pieces to be a little more distinct. Squinting at the display sometimes, Bishops are really short, and can be overlooked as Pawns at critical moments. Rooks and Queens are almost identical.

Not realistic

Cons: Obviously based on the old dogma of nutrition. Showed a personal trainer the suggested "ideal" weight for my age group, and he went into a rant about how unhealthy the advice was. Really on the low side. All diet advice based on calorie deficit, with no regard for food groups, or possible complications like Diabetes.
