Pros: You can find anything, but you must develop your user list to search users for hidden files that cannot be found in a general search. Very fast downloads.
Cons: Developers do not upgrade software often and it is buggy. It is however well worth the problems. I have used several P2P's. It is the very best. I however have to give a a 4 becuase of the bugs.

Pros: Nice Interface and used by many
Cons: Unfortunately every version I have ever used has not worked well and is full of bugs. Have had many program compatability issues. I have used a variety of firewalls and am currenlty using Agnitum Outpost 4 and feel it is currently the best firewall on the market.

Pros: Has a beautiful interface but software is defective!!!
Cons: I tried Sonic Digital Media Plus 7 by this company which came on my Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook. It would never install properly as I would get into a installation loup where it kept asking for the "source disk" I replaced the HP sofware installation CD and still had the same issue. Recently I even purchased a retail copy and I still had problems. My advice is DO NOT PURCHASE SONIC OR ROXIO PRODUCTS...SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY

Pros: Beautiful Interface with lots of potential. Had a previous version that worked well
Cons: Program was not ready to be released. Program is full of bugs. Information on screens will diappear. Download manager is also full of bugs. Download manager widow does not fully appear. Have tried Power DVD also with no issues what so ever.

Cons: This product is very evasive and like Sonic Roxio they release products riddled with issues and then leave the consumer holding the bag. I recently tried Nero again due to issues with Sonic and again got burned no phun intended. The product:
1- Deleted my DVD drive upon uninstall. Had to call HP tech support for help.
2- Even though I selected products to not install it installed anyway.
3-Deleted my entire MP3 collection. Fortunately I remembered it doing this before so I created a backup.
4- Did not fully uninstall. Over 300 entries had to be manually deleted in the registry.
These companies have done mass marketing and gotten there product out there. This is the only reason why they are so widely used. Sonic has also teamed up with HP. Bad move HP. I wonder how many calls you have had on Sonic products? I had to call Sonic on numerous occasions and because it was bundled software with HP they referred me to HP. My advice is to avoid either company if at all possible. I am currently looking for other options. I invite responses to this review by Nero,Roxio/ Sonic.
