  "Annoying, distracting and irritating."

  Nothing whatsoever.

  Cons

  I can't imagine why anyone would want such a distracting theme on their desktop. It's just a silly gimmick for kids.

  I get an "installation error" and abort on Vista 32-bit. Will wait for next release.
