Annoying and slow down startup big time.
Summary
This program looks good but it has a mind of its own. Will force itself to start everytime you turn your computer on even if disable in startup and hogs up cpu at startup then tells you comp took to long to start up. That makes me nervous that a progran can do what ever it wants. My comp runs better without it.

Well the basic cleaning functions are the best software can aim for + if like me you manage to get a free version of the program you'll notice a tremendous improvement in all ways everywhere in the computer.

The only problem is that the basic version might be a bit too useless that's it.
Summary
I regained all the megabytes eaten away by slimcleaner and avg put together,the exclusive functions make this software a one of a kind I still can't fault it.

Here it is, mid August and no updates since March? Concerning the "internet defense" section, I hope all those malware guys took a six month vacation, because they would zip by this aspect of the program.

Update the program a few times a year, maybe a few of us would actually buy the pro version. Check their website/forums, (no activity for months)....zzzzzz

"Great Product To Be Free"

This product found and repaired errors that other free products (CCleaner,WinUtilities,Spybot,Microsoft Security Essentials) didn't find or repair. 360 Amigo free FIXED 26 registry errors that my paid product(System Mechanic Pro)found but couldn't repair. I thought I'd give 360 Amigo free a shot. No other product, including SMP,fixed these errors. I ran the other free products 1st, then ran System Mechanic Pro.(which found but couldn't fix the 26 registry problems) Then I ran the 360 Amigo free. I restarted my computer after each product was run and checked with System Mechanic Professional each time to see if the problems were repaired. To my surprise, after running 360 Amigo free and restarting my computer, I ran SMP again and all 26 of the registry errors were repaired. I really like System Mechanic Professional, but when it's time for renewal I am considering the purchase of 360 Amigo Speedup Pro.
Cons
I didn't have to run the 360 Amigo more than once to fix the registry problems that I had but since then I have had to run in more than once to get rid of all my problems that are slowing my computer down. I run it, clean it, run it again and still there are different problems that it finds, so I have to repair those problems as well. Sometimes I have to run it 3 or 4 times in a row to fix everything. But once it has clean everything up for me my computer runs as fast as it did when it was brand new. With the free version you can't set a scheduled time to run this product and I don't think it scans as deeply as the paid version would, but I am excited to try the paid version when my System Mechanic Professional expires.
Summary
One of the greatest free products that I have found. I like the free version so much that I am going to purchase the Pro version.

I recommend it to everyone, especially the not-so-computer savvy. You don't have to be a wiz to figure out how to work this software, but if you do choose to go more in depth, the option is there at the low cost of free.
