Version: 36-Image Converter 4.3.1.5
"Poorly executed program"
Cons: The software has an unfinished feel to it. The only files to which I could convert were BMPs. Moreover, the help files lists all sorts of input and output file formats, but none of them work, except BMP.

The interface of the fifth version will be much more interactive if you mean this by 'unfinished' and if you have a normal windows xp system, you should be able to open all the input filetypes and convert to the filetypes in the title. Just right-click the 'convert'-icon and select one of the 36 filetypes. Ok, the jpeg conversion gives problems sometimes and in windows vista the conversions to other then ico or bmp can fail beacuse of system restrictions as marked in the tutorial. But this issue will be solved in the next version.
