Why isn't my download starting?
As a security precaution, your browser may disable automatic downloads. The following tips should help.
1) Check to see if your download is blocked
Sometimes a security bar will appear at the top of your browser window informing you a download has been blocked. Firefox settings:
- Go to

- Now click the "Exceptions" button.
- Type in "download.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
- Click Allow > click Close > click OK.
