"Paid for but have never received"
Version: 2Flyer Screensaver Builder Pro 7.5
Cons
I paid for this software usign the "Pay with PayPal" link two days ago and never received registration or download information from the vendor. It would appear that the business either has a break-down in its process or is fraudulent.
If that changes I will follow up. If it doesn't PayPal and my credit card company will have a fraud charge against the vendor.
