Google Maps for iOS
It's back! With the release of iOS 6 and the fiasco around Apple Maps, Google finally came to the rescue and released a Google Maps App for iOS--it even added some new features. The new simple interface is a little different when it came standard, but the functions are all there.
Traffic data is still available as well as public transit and satellite view. A turn-by-turn voice navigation feature is now available that will give most paid navigation apps a run for their money. Even though it's not yet optimized for the iPad's large screen, function definitely overtakes aesthetics in our opinion. Read full review
