    iOS recently went through a major overhaul of its interface, but Evernote's core functionality on the iPad remains intact. Write notes and documents, add basic formats, take photo snapshots and voice notes, and organize your entries into custom notebooks.

    Taking some inspiration from its desktop counterpart, Evernote for iPad uses a stacked card interface that reminds us of an open filing cabinet. The act of switching between notes and notebooks is impressively fluid. Page Camera mode also lets you convert physical documents into digital notes that you can save to your Evernote collection.
