Uninstall the VisualBee for Microsoft PowerPoint application

1. Click the Windows Start Menu
2. Navigate to Control Panel
3. Windows XP users select "Add or Remove Programs" / Windows Vista/7 users select "Programs and Features"
4. Select VisualBee for Microsoft PowerPoint from the list of installed programs, and click Uninstall/Remove.

Uninstall the Search Protect by conduit application

1. Click the Windows Start Menu
2. Navigate to Control Panel
3. Windows XP users select "Add or Remove Programs" / Windows Vista/7 users select "Programs and Features"
4. Select Search Protect by conduit from the list of installed programs, and click Uninstall/Remove.

Uninstall the VisualBee V.1 Toolbar application

1. Click the Windows Start Menu
2. Navigate to Control Panel
3. Windows XP users select "Add or Remove Programs" / Windows Vista/7 users select "Programs and Features"
4. Select VisualBee V.1 Toolbar from the list of installed programs, and click Uninstall/Remove.

Uninstall the Firefox toolbar/add-on and revert browser settings

1. Start Mozilla Firefox
2. Click on the Tools menu
3. Select "Add-ons"
4. Click the "Remove" button next to VisualBee V.1
5. Unselect the "Keep current browser settings" checkbox in the resulting pop-up window
6. Restart Mozilla Firefox
7. From the search engine drop-down menu, select "Manage Search Engines..."
8. In the resulting pop-up window, select "VisualBee V.1 Customized Web Search" and click "Remove"
9. Click "OK" to close the pop-up window

Uninstall the Internet Explorer add-on and revert browser settings

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select Tools > Manage Add-ons
3. Under Conduit Ltd. there are two VisualBee add-ons listed
4. Select each add-on and then select "Disabled"
5. Close the window
6. Select Tools > Internet Options
7. Click "Use default"
8. Click "OK" to close the window
9. Select the drop-down menu next to the IE search box
10. Select "Manage Search Engines..."
11. Select "VisualBee V.1 Customized Web Search" then click "Remove"
12. Click "Close"
13. Restart Internet Explorer to confirm changes.

Uninstall the Google Chrome extension and revert browser changes

1. Start Google Chrome
2. Select "Customize and Control Google Chrome" > "Settings"
3. Under "Search" click "Manage search engines..."
4. Choose a different search engine besides Conduit to "Make default"
5. Click the "x" next to the Conduit search engine
6. Click "OK"
7. Under "On startup" next to "Open a specific page or set of pages" click "set pages"
8. In the resulting window, delete the conduit search page by clicking the "x" next to it
9. Click "OK"
10. Click "Extensions" in the left-hand menu
11. Locate the VisualBee V.1 Toolbar and click the garbage-can icon to remove it 12. Restart Chrome to confirm changes
