    Either you have Microsoft Office or you don't. If you don't, get OpenOffice.org. With open-source variations of Microsoft's top business applications, OpenOffice.org is a pale comparison in some ways (Calc vs. Excel in particular), but it will generally get you where you need to go, and it's more feature comparable than Google Docs.
