Pros
Highly customizable, FREE, secure and easy to administer.
Cons
We'd prefer to pay something for the service to make sure it'll stick around for the long term. We're loving it and fear it will go away!
Summary
We like how easy it is to set up and deploy across our multi-national network. We like the customization ability and are finding ourselves addicted to it after only a week... We want to see them start charging a fee for the service, we're getting so much from it that it feels wrong to have it for free.
I emailed 24im to ask them about their longevity. They told me they've been around since 1997 and make several other products. They plan on supporting free 24im with ads starting next year and will also have a low fee if you don't want ads. My organization is thrilled to be done with POD (Omnipod) which was extremely expensive and outdated!
