The Yahoo Axis Web browser was released Wednesday as a standalone browser for iOS devices and a plug-in for Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.

Even before you begin searching using Yahoo's Axis Web browser on iOS, the app shows you the search topics that are currently trending, with headlines about the selected topic to the right, then several Web page thumbnails of the topic that you can swipe through.
