Syncing music

While you can sync contacts, calendar items, notes, and tasks, syncing music is the big draw. RIM makes choosing songs from your iTunes library (and only iTunes) simple with three methods for pulling in music--all at once, via select playlists, or randomly, as space permits. Note that BlackBerry Desktop Manager only recognizes songs in playlists, not all music in your library.

Our tunes transferred quickly, but RIM is missing a big opportunity in passing up photo and video transfers.
