The first time you fire up the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac you'll also see a reminder to turn on syncing services, so the app can to talk to other management apps like Microsoft Entourage and Google Calendar. Get started by following this path on your Mac: Applications-->iSync-->Preferences-->Enable syncing. You may also need to enable syncing in individual organizer apps.
