Immunet's restrictions

Immunet 2.0 restricts rootkit scans, as well as scans of archives, packed files, e-mail, and deep scans, to the paid upgrade.

In our tests, we found that switching screens within Immunet and tooltip pop-ups were slow to respond to clicks and mouse-overs. (Note that the screenshot is from a release candidate and the yellow "RC2" won't appear on the version you can download.)
