Staying fit isn't just about watching your caloric intake and making sure you hit the gym, streets, or weights at least three to five times per week; it's also about the overall health of your mind and body. Just counting calories may not be the end-all, be-all when it comes to being in top shape--you may also want to note that drinking cloudy (or pulpy) juice is better for you because it has more antioxidants than the processed stuff. And keeping your brain healthy and happy (by volunteering, for example) makes it more likely you'll stick with that gym routine.
