This software has serious problems. One quarter of all the websites I visit, the software won't record a single image at all. It simply responds back "Bad Image Header". Read full summary for even more problems.

This software has serious problems. One quarter of all the websites I visit, the software won't record a single image at all. It simply responds back "Bad Image Header". And then proceeds to do nothing at all. Don't be fooled by the offer of a customer service email. Customer service won't respond. I have owned this software for years and never received an answer to any of my dozens of repeated requests. I had expected that these problems would eventually be solved given the number of years it has been out there. They haven't been. Customer service is brain dead . Despite the fact the software has a button purporting to collect images from the entire website, you would have a better chance winning the lottery than to expect it to work at all. It simply doesn't.
