Syncs your computer clock with an atomic clock as frequently as you wish. And it's free!
Cons
None that I can see.
Summary
I like the fact I don't have to deal with the bells and whistles other time sync utilities add. I just wanted something to keep my computer clock accurate. This utility does exactly that.
P.S. And it works on Windows 7 64-bit.
