123FTP is FREE and is more than just FTP , it is a suite offline and online web development resources . Including FTP , LOG FILE ANALYSIS and tight integration with the best CMS / SITE BUILDER on the planet- Saving you thousands of dollars and years of development time . We are yet to download Filezilla , so we can not compare first hand but Tucows review -awarded both FTP programs 4 cows like CNET of course ! , Tucows reviews are the michelin stars of download software .

It wasn't free.
There was a log with nothing that I recognized.
I couldn't figure it out!! I've used SmartFTP without difficulty, but not 123FTP-Free
FileZilla works just fine, and fast. And it's FREE. I don't use ftp often enough to pay out money for something I can get free.

Cons
If you are looking for a Heavy duty industrial FTP package , and you plan on moving 1000 of files , 1000 of MB each week then it would be worth spending the $50 on WS-FTP .
