Their pack of features and 3rd party integrations is everything one might need from a form builder. As a web developer, I have a very wide array of tasks relating to forms, and 123ContactForm performed beautifully every time.
Cons
Cannot download the form PHP code, but you can make tweaks to the HTML and CSS.

As you get accustomed to the service, you find there are plenty of customizing options that can boost your forms' functionality: CSS styling, advanced anti-spam measures, integration with popular 3rd party apps.

Their website mobile optimization is not at its best, but forms are 100% mobile compatible.
