"Does not work for some users"

None this program has serious flaws.

$150.00 later and 11 hours of microsoft support could not get this program to work on this computer.
Summary
Joined a paid financial site that uses this software in their chat room. I could not get software to load the login screen. I called the site and was told it might be Vista 64 bit. I spent $150.00 and upgraded to windows 7 32/64 bit. I still could not get the login screen. I spent a total of 6 hours one day and 8 hours the next day backs and forth with Microsoft support remotely log into my computer with no luck. The support at 123 flashchat is geared to business not their clients. Basically they told me to clear my cache. My computer is 2.5 years old and a xps dell. The site has lost a $50.00 a month client. This problem has to be a simple setting or firewall issue. The problem is support is 123 useless. I even sent them emails requesting third party vendors like computer geeks where I can get this issue addressed. I have no other problems with this computer and belong to many other paid sited and use this computer for on-line stock trading.
If you are a business considering this software I suggest you look elsewhere or at least where their is better support. -

It is the nicest, most user-friendly chat room I have ever come across. I should have kept it to myself and not posted it to the internet until after I purchased rights to it. C'est la vie. Live and learn. -
