    "make your ebook look cheap. myecovermaker.com is better"

    none - nothing good about it

    Cons

    crap quality results unless you hire a pro to do it

    Summary

    I would use photoshop package call coveractionpro if you have the cash, but http://www.myecovermaker.com definately the cheaper option
