Version: 100% Free Hearts Card Game for Windows 7.30
Pros: If you're frustrated by Microsoft's version of Hearts for Vista, give this freebie a try. The game play has the sense of unpredictability that makes card games fun, plus it has multiple levels of play for various skill levels.
Cons: The constant reminders that there is a pro version of this product for sale are annoying. Some might find the character players text comments to be a bit on the cheesy side.
